Qualification & Experience For Associate Professors:
Candidate should possess Ph.D in the relevant field with first class in B.E (or) B.Tech / M.E (or) M.Tech with a minimum of 5 years of experience after their Post Graduate qualification in teaching and / or research and / or industry of which atleast 2 years shall be post Ph.D is desirable
Candidate should possess Ph.D in the relevant field with first class in B.E (or) B.Tech / M.E (or) M.Tech with a minimum of 5 years of experience after their Post Graduate qualification in teaching and / or research and / or industry of which atleast 2 years shall be post Ph.D is desirable
Qualification & Experience For Professors:
Candidate should possess Ph.D in the relevant field with first class in B.E (or) B.Tech / M.E (or) M.Tech with a minimum of 10 years of experience after their Post Graduate qualification in teaching and / or research and / or industry of which atleast 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor. (or)
A minimum of 13 years experience in teaching and / or research and / or industry.
Candidate should possess Ph.D in the relevant field with first class in B.E (or) B.Tech / M.E (or) M.Tech with a minimum of 10 years of experience after their Post Graduate qualification in teaching and / or research and / or industry of which atleast 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor. (or)
A minimum of 13 years experience in teaching and / or research and / or industry.

3. Ph.D in Electronics with specialization in microelectronics fabrication and lithography and Post-Doctoral experience in electronics fabrication and lithography.
